Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will:Develop, retain, and grow complex client relationships by understanding the needs and priorities of clients and financial decision makersDrive revenue generation across Wells Fargo’s platform by proactively identifying new credit and non-credit opportunities for new and existing clientsHandle all aspects of originating, structuring, and executing bank lending and other credit related productsCoordinate transactions with our credit, treasury management, foreign exchange, investment banking, capital markets, and asset-based lending groupsPerform financial analysis and underwriting in the areas of credit, cash flow and collateralIdentify and qualify top prospects in the market and then introduce them to our firm and our unique capabilitiesPartner with existing clients to ensure we are helping them meet their current and future needsDevelop trusted relationships at the operational, c-suite, and board of director levelsStay informed of industry trends, market news, and emerging technologyRepresent our team in the market by hosting unique events, networking with influencers, and attending conferencesDrive relationship planning activities to deliver the full suite of bank solutionsMaintain sales and pipeline disciplines by keeping information current in relevant systemsRequired Qualifications:7+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Familiarity with the Technology SectorSuccessfully completed FINRA Series 63 and Series 79 exam to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents)Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with clients and partnerships with internal teamsProfessional verbal and written communication skillsJob Expectations:Obtaining and/or maintaining appropriate Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) license(s) is required for ongoing employment in this position. In addition, state registration, specific product licenses or SAFE licensing may apply. Additional requirements include meeting enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards. Wells Fargo will initiate the FINRA review process at the time of offer acceptance. Obtaining FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses, or equivalent must be completed within 180-days of date of hire if not immediately available to transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted. Compliance with state law registration and licensing requirements is mandatory. Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Information will be shared about expectations during the recruitment process.
