Prime Home is seeking shared living provider applicants to accommodate clients who will reside in your home.

An Extended Family Home (Shared Living Provider) opens their home for an individual with a disability. This position requires an open bedroom and the ability to help care for an individual with a disability. The goal of this service is to encourage and teach skill development so the individual can be as independent as possible. This client’s needs are high-risk behavior, high risk with elopement and self-harm; therefore, restrictions and safeguards are in place accordingly.
This subcontracting position is a work-from-home role, where you provide care and support to a person in your own home, as well as offer transportation as needed. This position requires a desire to make a difference in an individual's life. Prime Home is here to assist and support you in the process and follow all State Regulation. SLPs are paid anywhere between $36,000-$105,000 per year, depending on the individual’s funding received from the state. This is Tax-Free Money, as it is a protected income by law.
